Special Event Truck

Food trucks have come a long way since they appeared exclusively at carnivals and construction sites, and as vehicles for selling ice cream. A food truck can be the main attraction, or a cool addition to your catered event, either during or afterward.

Consider how a special event truck, parked outside your indoor venue or as part of your outdoor party, may enhance the guest experience. The concept works best when focused on a single goal – such as offering a “break” between traditional food courses or activities, or as a pick-me-up before the ride home; and when offering one or two items – such as homemade pizza, hotdogs or sliders, fresh-made zeppoli, or donuts and coffee. Have an idea? Talk to us.
